This method can exhaust the air in the system, preheat each system, and can effectively avoid the existence of air or water in the system, which will cause gas explosion (or scorch) in the cylinder body, which will damage the seals and cause the cylinder Internal leakage failure and other consequences.
3. The temperature of the system must be well controlled. If the oil temperature is too high, the service life of the seal will be reduced. Long-term high oil temperature will deform the seal and may even fail.
4. To do a good job of protecting the outer surface of the piston rod, it is necessary to prevent damage to the seal from bumps and scratches. It is necessary to regularly clean the dust ring of the dynamic seal of the oil cylinder and the sand on the exposed piston rod, and be careful not to stick to it. Difficult-to-clean contaminants on the surface of the piston rod enter the interior of the cylinder and damage the piston, cylinder barrel or seals.
5. Regularly check the connecting parts of the threads and bolts, and tighten them immediately if any looseness is found.
6. Always lubricate the connected parts, and beware of rust or abnormal wear in the oil-free state.
