Troubleshooting method for hydraulic cylinder underspeed

The hydraulic cylinder is a hydraulic device that converts hydraulic energy into mechanical energy and performs linear reciprocating or oscillating motion. The problem of underspeed in the hydraulic cylinder is very serious. Underspeed does not mean that it does not work, but it does not meet the system requirements, so there is a need for investigation. Difficulty, and there are many situations, the following will introduce the troubleshooting method of hydraulic cylinder underspeed.
1. First check whether the oil supply of the hydraulic cylinder is sufficient and whether the pressure is not enough. If the parts in the hydraulic cylinder are damaged and the flow to the hydraulic cylinder is reduced and the speed is reduced, the damaged parts need to be replaced at this time.
2. The oil leakage of the hydraulic cylinder can be divided into two types: internal leakage and external leakage. Internal leakage refers to the movement of hydraulic components due to excessive wear and tear and possible breakdown of parts in the system. It can provide flow to the hydraulic cylinder to ensure normal operation. . External leakage is mainly caused by problems such as loose pipe joints and seal wear of pipe joints. It is mainly due to the pipelines in the invisible parts of the hydraulic cylinder that more attention should be paid.
3. Check whether the overflow valve of the hydraulic cylinder is faulty: If the relief valve spool is stuck in the open position, there will always be a large amount of oil overflowing from the relief valve back into the oil tank, which will reduce the flow into the hydraulic cylinder and cause Underspeed occurs, which can discharge the overflow valve fault.
4. The hydraulic cylinder is underspeed due to different strength: the speed of the hydraulic cylinder decreases with the speed of different positions in the stroke, but the degree of speed drop will vary with the stroke. It may be caused by poor assembly quality. The load of the hydraulic cylinder will increase, the working pressure will increase, and the internal leakage will also increase accordingly. The increase in leakage will directly affect the decrease in speed.
